AJ Wood

AJ has been teaching at Blyth Primary School since 2021. He has been instrumental in incorporating an Agriculture program into the learning at BPS. AJ completed his Bachelor of Ag in 2005 and a Grad Dip. Education in 2007. He has worked at Balaklava High School in their Ag and Science department helping build and strengthen their Ag program. At Blyth he has put together wicking beds, aquaponics, and led development of  the school orchid, along with reluctantly being the assistant bee keeper. He maintains professional connections as a local farmer along with being a member on the Ag Teachers Association. When he isn’t at school or working on the farm, AJ can be found supportiung numerous community groups and fundraisers.
